As the popularity and demand for their 3D products grew, Polaroid 3D aimed to offer their major clients a library of pre-made content for promoting their products on social platforms and websites.
Upon joining the team, I progressively assumed responsibility for this role, overseeing the entire process from research to content creation. I also revitalised the company's social media channels to foster a community around our products.

When I joined Polaroid 3D, the social media channels had been inactive for months, and the content library was outdated. The business had plans to launch new products and had just expanded into the US market through JOANN but lacked the content strategy needed to support this growth.
My goal was to re-energise social media, focus on US customers, and create meaningful content to demonstrate the value of our 3D products. Understanding our market was key—our compact, affordable products were perfect for kids, teens, teachers, crafters, and anyone looking for entry-level tools for creativity. I developed projects tailored to these users, including printable templates, educational guides, and seasonal crafts.
On social media, I prioritised Instagram and YouTube, dropping Twitter due to poor fit and low engagement. I proposed restructuring Pinterest instead, which proved highly effective. By optimising images and organising detailed boards, I grew the Pinterest page from just over 100 followers to 4,000, with 300,000 monthly views.
This refreshed strategy saved time, streamlined processes, and built a vibrant creative community that loved engaging with our projects and sharing their own creations.
